Welcome to Gulfside Regional Hospice. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the wonderful services that Gulfside Regional Hospice provides to our community.

Our goal at Gulfside Regional Hospice is to make every day count for people facing end-of-life illness and their families. We do this through a team-oriented approach to expert medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support that is tailored to the patient’s needs and wishes. Support is provided to the patient’s loved ones as well.

Hospice care focuses on caring, not curing. At Gulfside, our care is provided wherever the patient calls home. Traditionally, we visit patients in their homes, but we also visit individuals in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, retirement homes or in our own hospice houses and Center for Hospice Care.

The major responsibilities of the Gulfside team include managing the patient’s pain and symptoms, assisting the patient with the emotional and spiritual aspects of end-of-life issues, providing necessary medications, medical equipment and supplies, and coaching the family on how to care for the patient - all at no out-of-pocket expense to the family.

Gulfside Regional Hospice strives to be Pasco County’s hospice provider of choice. I am humbled to lead this amazing organization. Gulfside Regional Hospice has come full circle from its early beginnings as a small community hospice, to a large county-wide hospice and palliative care organization, serving more than 400 patients daily.
